I didn’t realize it was October, I wanna make goals for this month so I’m going to have them started tomorrow instead of today because I already ate bad today oops. I’ll post my goals later once I make them.
How do you refrain yourself from your "guilty pleasures"? I am a HUGE chocolate fan and it seems to me that the more I try to keep away, the more I want it. And I slip up every time. Help! :(
For chocolate cravings I eat a coco loco yogurt thing, it’s not that healthy but it helps the craving and it has some health benefits plus it’s hella good.

So I have a really dark spot above my lip which looks like a mustache but it's really just hyper pigmentation. Do you know any good but inexpensive foundations/concealers to cover it up

Hey girl! I was wondering if I could get some advice? (Not health/fitness related though aha) So I really miss some of my old best friends (both boys and I'm a gal) and I really want to get close with them again! The only thing is I have no idea how!
